What is Whispering Code?

Whispering Code is a fictional programming language that believes code should be a conversation. Every statement emits a soft murmur, suggesting alternatives, hinting at optimizations, and occasionally telling jokes.

Example:

listen "Hello, world!" // The compiler smiles and suggests: "Consider adding a newline."

Getting Started

To begin, install the whisper CLI (fictional, of course) and run whisper init. You’ll be greeted by a friendly prompt:

$ whisper init
🗣️  Welcome, coder! Ready to hear what your code says?

Core Concepts

• Echoes – Variables that repeat their last assigned value when accessed.
• Murmurs – Functions that return a suggestion string alongside the actual result.
• Silence – A special keyword that tells the interpreter to stop listening for feedback.
